VirtuPet automatically syncs with Apple Health. Make sure you've granted permission in Settings > Privacy > Health > VirtuPet.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > VirtuPet.

My pet's health isn't updating

Try refreshing the app by pulling down on the main screen. If the issue persists, check that HealthKit permissions are enabled.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Your Premium subscription will be restored automatically.

How do I change my pet?
